How much can you infer from these three images? 1. These empty medicine bottles had the top half of their labels missing, and they were left balanced on top of a shrub at a Chevron Gas Station parking lot.

The larger bottle is pretty huge, and marked with Acetaminophen warnings, and Quantity 360.
|
 The
smaller bottle is a 120 CC bottle, with only this bit of the label
remaining. There are some droplets of liquid on the inside.
